1. I reserve the right to decline a request or require extra payment based on the content of commissions.

3. I will only start work after receiving the payment.
4. You may ask for slight changes and tweaks to be made to the finished product and I will try my best to fix them, but I will not make major changes or complete overhauls.
5. You have the right to use the image for personal purposes, but you cannot commercially profit from it (ie., selling/mass distributing).
6. I retain rights to the image itself, including publishing/selling the piece among my other works.
7. I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid, a FULL refund will be provided regardless of progress already made on the commission.
8. The specifics of an order cannot be changed after they have been submitted.
TO CLAIM A COMMISSION SLOT send me a note asking for what kind of commission you want, and the specific details and if at all possible, a quick ref of the character you'd like done.
